These packages are offered to customers who have working AC power
in the residence and a working land-line telephone service. We
do not connect alarm systems to phone services provided by
Internet VOIP. In the event that no land-line service is
available, we offer a “Stand-Alone” system of our own which
includes a
HONEYWELL
wireless CELLULAR
PHONE connection.
Upon completion of the installation of this package, our
certified alarm technician will instruct you on the use of
your new system, ask you to sign the necessary documents which
includes a 36 month monitoring agreement, and for a payment in
the amount of your 1st months monitoring service and
applicable setup fee + any additional equipment purchased.
Payments must be made by Personal Check or Credit Card only
which bears the name of the new customer, No Cash or Money
Orders will be accepted.
System Installation Time: 3-4 hours. We recommend you do not
schedule anything for that day. |
